Jackie Dales is a retired registered nurse and full-time advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, equity, and community safety. As a mother of three LGBTQIA+ children, Jackie brings lived experience supporting young people as they come out, live out, and navigate systems that are not always built with them in mind. That experience led her to focus on policy change, education, community engagement, and inclusive services for diverse people. Her work is rooted in care, accountability, and the belief that belonging should be built into every system.
