How We Started
Chameleon Collective started with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and at home in who they are. Through lived experience, community advocacy, and years of supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, we saw that many people and organizations want to do better, but do not always know where to begin.
We created Chameleon Collective to help fill that gap. Our work brings together training, inclusion audits, consultation, conflict resolution, and gender affirming clothing support.. What began as a response to real community needs has grown into a practical, caring, and equity-centred service that helps people and organizations build spaces where everyone can belong.
What We Do
Chameleon Collective helps organizations create safer, more respectful, and more inclusive spaces through practical diversity and inclusion consulting. We support teams with training, inclusion audits, policy review, workplace culture conversations, conflict resolution, and strategies for moving from good intentions to meaningful action. Our work is grounded in lived experience, community care, and a belief that inclusion should show up in everyday decisions, not just in statements or policies.
We also offer gender-affirming clothing support for individuals exploring what feels right for them. This may include help with binders, tucking garments, styling, fit, comfort, and confidence. Our approach is private, caring, and choice-based, with a focus on helping people feel safer, more comfortable, and more at home in how they show up in the world.
